Team GIIS Indore, won 11 awards in state level championships.

16th M.P. State Kick Boxing Championship - 2012 was held from 13th to 14th October 2012 at Shri Krishna Public School, Indore. Students of GIIS Indore Campus participated in a number of events. Master Mohd. Ruhaan Mansoori of Class I participated in 20 kgs weight category bagged the First position in Semi-Contact Event. Three more students of GIIS Indore, namely Master Dhairya Ajmera of Class IV, Master Aditya Kushwah of Class IV and Master Aman Patel of Class III were first position winners from Sub-Junior Group in Aero Kick Boxing Event.

8th M.P. State Sqay Championship - 2012 was also held simultaneously. GIIS students participated in Aero Sqay Event, Sub-Junior Group category in which Master Naman Jain, Master Ayman Palwala and Master Keshav Jakhetiya from Class V were the first position winners.

2nd M.P. State Finger Wrestling Championship - 2012 was also held at the same venue. GIIS students participated in number of Weight Categories. Master Ansh Gaur of Class IV in 42 kg category, Master Goutam Jain of Class I in 20 kg category, Master Cheetransh Sonvania of Class IV in 28 kg category. They were the first position winners and Miss Gourisha Bhatia of Class IV in 42 kg category was the IInd position winner.
