iPlay Activity at GIIS Lava Nagpur: A Fun-Filled Veterinary Pretend Play Experience

GIIS Lava, Nagpur, brought learning to life with an exciting iPlay Activity based on the theme “Veterinary Pretend Play.” The campus buzzed with curiosity and joy as children stepped into the world of animal doctors and explored what it means to care for animals with love and responsibility.

For this activity, the classroom was changed into a small vet clinic. Toy animals, doctor kits, clipboards, and small waiting areas created a setting where imagination met real-world learning. The children proudly took on different roles—veterinarians, assistants, and pet owners making the activity interactive, engaging, and full of delightful moments.

During the pretend play, the children checked the toy animals, listened to their heartbeat, checked their temperature, cleaned pretend wounds, and gave them imaginary medicine. Through these simple tasks, they learned how animals also need love, care, and proper medical help. It also helped them understand the importance of treating animals gently and kindly.

Beyond fun, this activity helped the children grow in many ways. As children communicated with their friends, took turns, and solved small pretend problems, they improved their social skills, cooperation, communication abilities, fine motor skills, and overall confidence. It was wonderful to see them express their ideas and work together like a real veterinary team.

This hands-on experience not only introduced children to the world of veterinarians but also helped them learn the importance of animal health and compassion towards pets and other animals. By blending creativity with real-life concepts, the Veterinary Pretend Play activity made learning meaningful, memorable, and truly enjoyable for our young learners.

At GIIS Lava Nagpur, we believe that learning happens best when children explore, imagine, and experience—and this activity truly showed how learning becomes joyful when children play and explore.
