“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” - Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
The Global Exchange Programme (GSE) brought together kindergarten students from GIIS Nagpur and Witty Kids, Bhilwara, for a vibrant and enriching learning experience. Aimed at K1 students, the session focused on enhancing early literacy skills through playful, engaging, and hands-on activities designed to make learning enjoyable and meaningful.
At the Witty Kids Campus, children explored the letter ‘P’ through interactive vocabulary games and phonics-based learning. They revised the previous alphabet and their corresponding sounds while discovering new words that sparked curiosity and excitement. The session encouraged young learners to associate sounds with objects, helping them build a strong linguistic foundation.
Meanwhile, the GIIS Nagpur campus focused on the letter ‘Q’ through a creative storytelling session featuring a queen, quilt, and quall. The children enthusiastically participated in various activities such as clay moulding the letter ‘Q’, peg matching with related pictures, and sort-and-colour exercises. These fun-filled tasks not only improved their understanding of the alphabet but also strengthened their cognitive and fine motor skills.
Ms. Nidhi Gupta, Principal of GIIS Nagpur, expressed her delight, stating, “At GIIS, we believe learning should inspire curiosity and confidence. The Global Student Exchange Programme helps our students connect across campuses, developing creativity and communication skills from an early age.”
The Global Student Exchange 2025 successfully combined joy with learning, fostering collaboration and exploration among young minds. Through such initiatives, GIIS Nagpur continues to uphold its vision of providing holistic education, nurturing globally aware, confident, and creative learners prepared for the future.
