The students of GIIS Nagpur proudly participated in the Veer Gatha Project Scrapbook Contest—an inspiring initiative that encourages young learners to explore and honour the courage, sacrifice, and patriotism of India’s brave soldiers. The activity served as a meaningful platform for students to express their gratitude and understanding through creative storytelling and artistic expression.
With great enthusiasm, students crafted thoughtful scrapbooks featuring inspiring stories of gallantry award winners. Each scrapbook beautifully combined illustrations, handwritten notes, and personal reflections, highlighting not only their creativity but also their deep respect for the armed forces. Through this process, students engaged with values such as bravery, dedication, and selfless service to the nation.
Representing GIIS Nagpur, Siya Hedaoo of Grade 8 and Siddharth Murkhe from Nursery showcased exceptional effort and dedication in their submissions. Their remarkable work stood out in the competition, earning them well-deserved recognition and prizes for their outstanding scrapbook presentations.
As a token of appreciation, the young achievers were awarded bicycles, certificates, and other gifts. Their accomplishment brought immense pride to the school community and reflected the strong spirit of patriotism and creativity nurtured among students.
