GIIS Nagpur celebrated Republic Day with great enthusiasm, pride, and patriotic spirit, filling the campus with joy and national pride. The celebration was thoughtfully planned to help students understand the importance of the day and to instil values such as unity, equality, and respect for the Constitution from a young age.

The programme began with the flag unfurling ceremony by our Chief Guest, Mr. Arvind Temurnikar, followed by the soulful singing of the National Anthem. The moment filled everyone with pride and reminded students of their duties as responsible citizens of India.

Students from different grades participated enthusiastically in the celebration. Inspiring speeches in Hindi and English highlighted the significance of Republic Day, the importance of the Indian Constitution, and the values it stands for—freedom, justice, equality, and responsibility. The students spoke with confidence and clarity, making the message meaningful and easy to understand for all.

Our Kindergarten and Primary students showed their love for the nation through colourful ramp walks, cultural performances, and presentations of national symbols. Dressed in patriotic colours, they filled the celebration with joy and energy. Adding meaning to the event, Grade 7 students presented a skit that explained the spirit of Republic Day and the importance of unity in India. The music and drama performances reflected our rich culture and helped students learn confidence, teamwork, and the true meaning of patriotism.

Republic Day celebration at GIIS Nagpur was not just an event but a meaningful learning experience. It encouraged students to take pride in their country, respect its values, and grow into responsible and compassionate citizens of tomorrow.
