INDORE, 8 JULY, 2018 - Recently, 11 students of Global Indian International School (GIIS), Indore had taken the COMPUDON certification exam and cleared it with flying colors. Of these, three top scorers namely Disha Tiwari, Shreyas Mirchandani and Omni Manwani were selected for the final round of the competition i.e. COMPUDON Season VIII, which was held on 8th June, 2018 at New Delhi.

Around 300 finalists had participated from all over India. GIIS students have done us proud by representing the school at the National level. Adding more feathers to the achievement, Shreyas Mirchandani created history by winning the second runner’s up trophy, a medal of achievement and gift voucher of worth Rs. 15,000/-. It is indeed a proud moment for everyone at GIIS.

Based on the scores, 3 students from the campus were selected to take part in the competition as individual participants, and each one of them gave their best shot in the finals.

Individual interests and achievements of students are garnered and promoted at each of GIIS campuses globally, and each child gets an opportunity to discover their inner talents and work on them, with required mentoring and support from teachers and trained professionals, who make sure that no talent in terms of knowledge or creativity goes unnoticed.
