Kindergarten Graduation 2021 celebrated at EC Campus

Kindergarten Graduation Day was celebrated on the 19th of March 2021 on the virtual platform at GIIS East Coast campus. The programme began with the melodramatic entrance of our graduates as they walked down the aisle holding a mini light cupped within their tiny hands to the song “I Have a Dream” playing in the background. It gave the audience, although virtual, a warm sensation that these little graduates of ours have just begun their journey towards their dreams.

The head of the school, Mr CVK Sastry in his welcome address complimented the graduates on their achievements and also congratulated the teachers for their dedication and hard work in shaping the students through education and other co-curricular activities.

The highlight of this joyous event was the adorable students of Kindergarten IIA and IIB dressed in their best black and white attire, wearing the sash with the best adjective that describes them, and receiving the certificates of completion and photos from our Head of School and Coordinator.

The students of Kindergarten IA were also featured as they delightfully enticed the entire audience with their cute dance performance and lovely attire.

The event would not be complete without having our graduates performing a short song to show their appreciation towards their teachers, their peers and their parents. What best way to express their two little words to everyone who has helped them every step of the way. They sang and performed to the tune of “Thank You.”

The programme ended with the vote of thanks delivered by our Kindergarten Coordinator, Ms Odaia Ranido. It was indeed a joyous and memorable day not only for the little ones but also for all of our proud parents, grandparents and teachers as they witnessed their children move up and enter into the next phase of their education years. May God bless these tiny graduates as they continue their education in the mainstream of the school!
