Celebrating India’s 75 years of independence, GIIS East Coast Campus organised numerous engaging activities for its students to showcase their creativity and patriotic sides.

The students came dressed to school adorning bright tri-coloured attires, participated in flag-hoisting ceremony and performed on beautifully choreographed patriotic songs. They also shared their knowledge about India’s freedom struggle and freedom fighters with their informative and creative artworks.   

Overall, it was a momentous occasion for the students and they got the opportunity to contribute to the celebration of ‘Bharat ki Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, an initiative by the Government of India to commemorate the 75 glorious years of India’s independence. 

Initiatives like this truly showcases the school’s effort to foster positive moral values in its students to help them grow up as global citizens of tomorrow.
