Inspired by Dr. Kalam’s profound words, the Ahmedabad Rural U-14 Boys Basketball Team showcased the true essence of hard work and passion. These qualities led them to clinch the 1st place in this prestigious state-level competition.

This remarkable achievement holds special pride for GIIS Ahmedabad as three of our talented students - Hreem Trivedi, Raja Patel, and Shubh Mundra- were selected to represent the Ahmedabad Rural Squad. Guided by the dedicated efforts of Coach Mr. Jasvantsinh Darbar, the team entered the championship with grit, focus, and a shared vision of excellence.

Throughout the tournament, our students displayed outstanding defensive skills, precise execution, and impeccable teamwork. Their ability to adapt to high-pressure situations and compete against some of the strongest teams across Gujarat highlighted not only their technical skill but also their mental resilience.
