Education is not about learning and acquiring knowledge; it is about awakening curiosity, fostering creativity and enabling young minds to explore and express themselves. In line with this vision, GIIS Ahmedabad organised Knowledge Kaleidoscope as a part of the Student-Led Conference for the Grades 1 and 2 Afternoon Shift, providing a platform for young learners to showcase their academic journey through interactive activities.

The Knowledge Kaleidoscope was a vibrant display of student achievements, where children demonstrated their academic accomplishments through various engaging activities. The conference provided an opportunity for students to take ownership of their learning by presenting their progress to their parents.

Parents assessed their children’s growth through multiple learning stations designed to evaluate core skills such as Foundational Literacy and Numeracy, Cognitive and Reasoning and Artistic Creativity. These hands-on activities allowed parents to witness first-hand learning experiences that shaped their child’s academic and personal development.

Following the conference, GIIS Ahmedabad hosted its highly anticipated Annual Day celebration, ‘The Enchanted Journey of Wonder World’. This mesmerising event took the audience on a fairytale adventure, where students delivered a skit and dance performances that beautifully conveyed messages of love, compassion, friendship and hard work.

The stage came alive with vibrant costumes, melodious music and enthralling choreography. The dedication and enthusiasm of both teachers and students were evident in every scene, making the show a remarkable success. The event not only showcased the students’ artistic talents but also emphasised valuable life lessons through an engaging narrative.

Principal Mr. Caesar D’silva expressed his pride and appreciation for the students and teachers. He stated, “At GIIS Ahmedabad, we believe in holistic education that goes beyond textbooks. The Knowledge Kaleidoscope and Annual Day were remarkable opportunities for students to showcase their learning and creativity. Watching them confidently present their work and perform on stage was truly heartwarming. Our commitment remains to nurture well-rounded individuals who excel academically and personally.”
