GIIS Ahmedabad is excited to offer young sports enthusiasts a platform to showcase their talent, celebrate sportsmanship, and highlight how sports can bring people together and inspire growth. 
To commemorate the special launch of GIIS Ahmedabad's new Sports Arena, the school hosted a mega event - Inter-School Sports Fest 2024, a two-day event that brought together young athletes from across Ahmedabad.

A total of 48 teams from 22 schools participated, displaying their talent and sportsmanship. Schools like LML School, Anand Niketan Shilaj, The Riverside School, Apollo International School, and Army Public School added to the fest's vibrant competitive spirit.

GIIS Sports Fest featured football tournaments for U-10 boys, U-15 boys and U-15 girls, and basketball tournaments for U-11 boys, U-14 boys and U-14 girls. GIIS Inter-School Sports Fest 2024 provides an opportunity for young minds to experience teamwork, leadership and discipline. Participating in such events promotes healthy competition helping students build confidence, physical and mental well-being, ensuring a balanced approach to education.
