In the heartwarming ceremony at Global Indian International School (GIIS), Ahmedabad, students, faculty, parents and management were gathered to celebrate the outstanding achievement of CBSE toppers. The event highlighted our students' dedication, hard work and perseverance who have brought pride to the GIIS Ahmedabad community with their exceptional results in CBSE Class 10 and 12.

The Multi-Purpose Hall (MPH) was beautifully decorated with banners and flowers, creating an atmosphere of celebration and achievement. As the toppers arrived, they were welcomed with a tilak and a dance performance. 

The felicitation ceremony began with the ritual of lighting the lamp and an inspiring speech by the Principal, Mr. Caesar D’silva, who commended the toppers for their hard work and dedication. “Your success is a testament to your perseverance and commitment to excellence,” he said emphasising the importance of continuous learning and resilience.

Class 10 CBSE toppers including GSG topper Soham Shrivastava (98.6%), Shrey Shah (97%), Aditi Sharma, Aaryan Iyer and Romit Raghuwanshi (96.4%) were called on stage to felicitate them with Global Future-Ready Merit Scholarship (GFRM). The other achievers who secured 93% or above were also felicitated with the GFRM scholarship. 

Meanwhile, Class 12 CBSE toppers from the Humanities, Commerce, and Science streams were awarded certificates, medals and a souvenir. 

As each topper stepped forward with their parents, their achievements were highlighted and the audience applauded their hard work. The proud parents beamed with joy, capturing the memorable moments on their cameras.

GIIS Ahmedabad Felicitation Ceremony was not just a celebration of academic excellence but also an inspiration for all students who strive for the best. It also reinforced GIIS Ahmedabad’s commitment to nurturing talents and fostering an environment of encouragement and support.
