GIIS Tokyo students showcase their leadership skills during the IB PYP student council elections

<h3>On March 16th, the students of IB PYP Grade 4 conducted the annual PYP Student Council Elections.</h3>

The session was held through a zoom call during the afternoon; it began with an inspirational speech from the Principal of GIIS Tokyo Ms Madhu Khanna, after which the event took place.

Students were able to showcase their leadership and oracy skills. Additionally, it was a great opportunity for them to present their campaigns and interact with their peers, listening to their opinions and answering questions.&nbsp;

The annual student council elections are a fun and democratic exercise that allows the winning party to get innovative while advocating and collaborating within the school community.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
