The temperature is rising and Term 1 is almost getting wrapped up.

A pool party is the perfect way to celebrate and keep cool during the hot Summer months.

Therefore a Cool Pool party was organised for the students of Kindergarten . The day was spiced up with lots of fun when the tiny tots were dressed up in their colourful swimming costumes for the pool party.

Before heading to the pool they did a few investigation with oil, water and colors on the concept of dissolving and not dissolving things. They also did a messy painting with colors and made a collage with colors. Children were thrilled to enter the pool with the swimming coach. They enjoyed the water play in the pool which helped them to develop their motor skills and to balance themselves. It also gave them the opportunity to learn the basic safety measures they have to follow in the pool.

Children were busy pouring water from one container to another and observing the nature of water. The wetness of water and the effervescence of bubbles made each of them feel like little scientist. The day was fun filled with play based learning that provided the children an opportunity to let down their hair.
