In a joyous celebration of leadership and commitment, GIIS Whitefield recently held its annual Investiture Ceremony, marking a significant milestone for the school community. The event, graced by distinguished guests and proud parents, combined solemn traditions with enthusiastic spirit.

Principal Manoj Kumar Tiwari commenced the ceremony with a warm welcome, creating an atmosphere of anticipation. Principal Tiwari expressed his pride in the students' achievements and their preparedness for future challenges. The event's highlight was the moving speech by Chief Guest Manish Shukla, a retired Wing Commander, whose words deeply resonated with the young leaders present.

The investiture itself was a poignant moment, with Jonathan Rocky and Shamaya Agarwal, serving as Head Boy and Head Girl respectively, delivering impactful speeches reflecting their dedication to leadership with integrity and enthusiasm. The ceremony also appointed Aditya Dixit as the Sports Captain and several House Captains, including Arhan Sapra, from Grade 12 ,Abiel Joan Immanuel, Kevin Augustine Sajith, Siyona Batra from Grade 11, Mishka Acharya, Akshobya Pulugruta, Aarav Bholia, Bhakthi Thakur, Aaradhya Sharma, Rishaan Batra, Anvi Bhagat, and Anvay Sarvesh Prabhu Navelkar from Grade 5.

Talented students' musical performances added to the event’s charm, showcasing their artistic abilities and school spirit. The ceremony concluded on a positive note with Vice Principal Anupama R Patil delivering a vote of thanks, appreciating the support of guests such as Vaishali Borde, Preetha D’Mello, Dr. Nagarajan, Bindu Rajesh, and others from the GIIS community.
