GIIS Ahmedabad has continued its legacy of success by winning an award at the APQO conference held recently. GIIS Ahmedabad students proudly showcased their commitment to excellence at the 28th International Conference 2023 held in Kathmandu, Nepal. The theme of the conference was ‘Quality for the creation of a more sustainable, competitive human world’.

GIIS Ahmedabad built strong credentials for education excellence leading the school to be honored with a Gold Performer Award in the APQO Innovation Class Awards 2023 category. The SPIRITED SAGES team representing GIIS Ahmedabad at the conference including students – Lakshya Mittal, Suhani Agrawal, and Sneha Chaudhary along with the mentor teacher Mr. Amit Singh, were felicitated with the ‘four-star-performer’ award for their commitment towards quality education and sustainable practices.

Headquartered in New Zealand, the Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO), is a non-profit, non-political, scientific, and technical organization. The Global School Foundation (GSF) has united its campuses for a pursuit of excellence, wherein GIIS Ahmedabad emerged as an extraordinary participant. The students presented a thought-provoking project titled ‘SAGE – Sustainable and Green Education’, inculcating the values of discipline among the students of GIIS Ahmedabad.

The dynamic SPIRITED SAGES of GIIS Ahmedabad showcased their collaborative efforts and the school’s commitment towards holistic development, innovation and a sustainable future. With three awards for consecutive years, GIIS Ahmedabad continues to raise the benchmark in education not only for academic excellence but also for the imperative of environmental responsibility.
