Global Indian International School (GIIS) Ahmedabad is celebrating a decade of excellence as our Principal, Mr. Caesar D’silva has completed 10 years of dedication, love and support at GIIS Ahmedabad. His contributions and efforts have shaped the lives of numerous students and staff by leading them on a path of holistic development and growth.  

With the goal of equipping educators with innovative approaches through teacher training methods, Mr. Caesar D'silva became part of GIIS. His primary focus has consistently revolved around establishing a solid academic foundation for young learners with equal emphasis on  life skills and ethical development.

Besides being the Principal, he  has been a strong pillar of the overall development of GIIS Ahmedabad. With his vision, passion and never say no attitude has made GIIS Ahmedabad as one of the most sought-after International schools in the city. The coordinators, teachers, students and parents look up to him as a mentor for the dedication and hard work he has put in his work throughout the years.

The teachers and coordinators who have been working with Caesar D’silva sir from a long period of time consider him as the head of GIIS Ahmedabad family. The Vice Principal Ms. Ruchika Dhingra who has worked closely with him for more than 8 years shared, “It has been a tremendous learning experience to work with such a great mentor and human being. He has been an inspiring supporter and advisor in both  professional and personal ways. We have witnessed GIIS Ahmedabad blooming with extraordinary talents, achievements and glories, under the guidance of Principal sir - Caesar D’silva. As it is said, you cannot be a good leader without a good character, and our Principal sir is the pertinent example of this statement.

Mr. Caesar D'silva's commitment and vision serve as an inspiration not only within the GIIS community but also to many individuals outside. He has been honored with the prestigious Best Principal Award - Gujarat Zone by the SOF Olympiad Foundation for two consecutive years. This recognition was a result of his exceptional leadership qualities, unwavering determination, and proactive efforts in promoting education and academic excellence among the students of the school.

He believes that the one of the best USPs of GIIS Ahmedabad is the concept of 9GEMS, which is a holistic development model which has got academic focus, co-scholastic, and co-curricular activities.

On this milestone, Mr. Caesar D’silva said, “I would like to bow my head to the almighty for giving me excellent opportunities in my way.
