Pradyumn Sharma of Global Indian International School Ahmedabad made us and the State of Gujarat proud, as he bagged a Gold at the 8th Sub Junior and Junior National Rural Games 2018.

Organized by the State Rural Game Association Maharashtra, the Nationals was held at Sai Ashram-2 Shirdi, Ahmednagar in November 2018, wherein Pradyumn participated in 100 m flat race in U-17 Category for Athletics.

In view of this achievement, he was also honoured at the Annual School Sports Day recently, where the entire school applauded his achievement as he marched forward with his head held high bearing the flaming torch.

On the occasion, the Principal, Mr. Caesar D’silva said, "We are extremely proud of Pradyumn, and this is not the first time that he has brought glory and laurels to this institution. We wish him all the very best for his future."
