The new academic year began with much enthusiasm as more and more students transitioned from the blended mode of learning to the physical, face-to-face medium. It gives us the joy to confirm that we have begun once again, a number of activities that were on hold, namely our CCA, ECAs, Gold Squad programme, Awards function, workshops, as well as other events and activities that call for students coming together in groups. 

The school continues to have as its Theme RISE (nurturing respect, integrity, skills, and empathy) to become leaders of tomorrow, hence from time to time, we will be conducting events and activities for students and parents. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation and support of our initiatives.

To commemorate 20 years of the GSF Foundation, some new initiatives have been introduced : 

1. #GIISGEN-Z Challenge – a set of 6 unique competitions open for all students depending on age-appropriate criteria. A complete document with all details and registration links has been sent out. Please encourage your child to participate and register in time.
2. A whole school Art exhibition cum auction for charity.
3. SMART 360° News Cast – every Thursday. Auditions are being done for anchors and crew.

We are also inviting parents, who would like to contribute towards Outreach and support for the less fortunate students in remote parts of India, through collaboration with World Vision India. You may write back to us on the following email ID ( [email protected]) if you are interested in teaching or conducting workshops for the parents of the children that our students are working with. More details will be given once we have interested parents.

Our school is the centre for CBSE class 10 and 12 board exams. We are also having the IGCSE and IBDP exams being conducted from the end of April until mid-June. We wish all our students the best. 

April is a month we celebrate Earth Day and this year the theme is ‘ Invest in our planet’. I invite all our students and parents to make a conscious effort towards this goal.
