There is something truly inspiring about children bringing their own stories to life. It gives them a chance to use their imagination to create something truly magical, while improving their confidence and communication skills in the process.
The pre-primary learners from GIIS Noida beautifully demonstrated this in the inter-GIIS storytelling competition held for all GIIS campuses in India. The competition brought together talented pre-primary students from GIIS Balewadi, Noida, Bannerghatta, and Nagpur, giving them a chance to use their imagination and present their stories with creativity and enthusiasm.
GIIS Noida was proudly represented by two bright K2 students - Raghav Pande and Trishika Gupta. Both gave their best by delivering expressive and well-structured stories during the competition. Trishika captured everyone’s attention with their storytelling of the classic tale - The Thirsty Crow. Her expressive actions and clear speech helped her reach the top four finalists, and the team proudly secured the 3rd position in the competition.
Along with this, our kindergarten students also took part in the Show and Tell competition on the topic “Colours That Make Me Smile.” During the activity, students explored colours and spoke about how their favourite colours make them happy, turning this session into a joyful learning experience.
We applaud Raghav Pande and Trishika Gupta for their exceptional performance and confidence shown during the exhibit. Their achievement highlighted how right guidance and encouragement help students grow and excel in every opportunity they get.
