The Brain Blitz – General Knowledge Quiz Competition 2026 was conducted on 7 August 2026 as an engaging offline session for students from Grades 3 to 5. The competition aimed to strengthen students’ general knowledge, current affairs awareness and understanding of their school, while encouraging confidence, quick thinking, teamwork and healthy competition.

The event began with a Preliminary Round held in the respective classrooms, where students answered questions from General Knowledge and Current Affairs. Based on their scores, six students from each section advanced to the next round. The subsequent rounds were conducted separately for Grades 3, 4 and 5 using an interactive presentation covering General Knowledge, Current Affairs, School Awareness and other relevant topics.

A key highlight of the competition was its student-led format. Members of the GK Club from Grades 3, 4 and 5 took an active role in conducting the quiz. From asking questions and maintaining discipline to managing scorecards and recording scores, students got hands-on experience in leadership and event management.

The interactive quiz saw enthusiastic participation from students and provided an opportunity to learn beyond the classroom. Along with strengthening knowledge and recall, the event helped students develop quick thinking, confidence, teamwork and sportsmanship.

The Brain Blitz GK Quiz successfully encouraged students to take ownership, stay informed and explore the world around them—making learning a fun, collaborative and enriching experience.
