The school bid a virtual farewell to the outgoing students of class XII batch 2020-21. This year, the farewell was all the more special as students joined the program on a virtual platform to say goodbye to their school life.

 The function began with the recitation of the prayer followed by an illuminating speech of our revered principal - Mr. Ganesh Sharma. Various titles were awarded to the students basis their personality traits. These titles were nothing but a special attribute of the student’s personality which was groomed in the school.

 It was an occasion for the outgoing students to look back at the memory lane inside the lawns of GIIS Campus. A reminiscing video was played to recall the memories of the students with their classmates and teachers. Heart-touching speeches of the outgoing batch created an emotional environment for all. A token of love was given to all the outgoing students by the teachers in the form of special messages for them.

 Many interesting and tricky games were also played to pep up the environment. Students participated in the games wholeheartedly. Winners of the game were announced at the end of the game. The winners were awarded special gift vouchers. The brocade was decorated when students expressed their feelings with the Jam board activity. The flags of emotions were strewn on the screen to pour out the hearts of the students.  The programme culminated with the emotional vote of thanks by the coordinator ma’am Ms Madhuri Kaw - who bid adieu to class XII students by offering them best wishes for their future.

 On concluding the show, Kaamil Khan, Grade 11 student sang a self-composed song to wish good luck to his seniors. Summing up, the day was great, filled with nostalgia, emotions, fun, and excitement for all.
