The students of Grade 10-C hosted a vibrant general assembly in the Multi-Purpose Hall of GIIS Noida. The event began on a high note with a warm and enthusiastic welcome from the student anchors, setting a positive tone for the proceedings.

The assembly commenced with a heartfelt opening prayer led by the students of grade 10-C. This moment of reflection aimed to instil a sense of calm and focus, invoking the blessings of the Almighty to guide the event.

As the assembly progressed, the students showcased their diverse talents with an uplifting skit, enchanting musical performances, and a spectacular dance routine. These segments highlighted the students' creativity and hard work, adding an engaging and lively element to the event.

The highlight of the assembly was the felicitation ceremony, where the achievements of various students were recognised by our esteemed principal, Mr. Ganesh Sharma, and vice-principal, Ms. Mrignayani Magotra. Their presence highlighted the importance of celebrating academic and extracurricular excellence.

The awards began with a tribute to the exceptional board results achieved by the Grade 10 students for the academic year 2023-24. This was followed by accolades for students who excelled in Olympiads, demonstrating their prowess in competitive academics.

Aaryan Verma of 9th B was honoured with the ‘Best Heritage Club Student’ award for his enthusiasm and leadership within the Heritage Club. Utsa Gangwar received five medals for her outstanding performance in the swimming competition held at Gyan Shree School, Noida. Additionally, Titiksha Singh of 11th A was recognised for her selfless act of serving as a scribe to a gifted student during the board examinations.

As the event drew to a close, Principal Sir, Mr. Ganesh Sharma, extended his congratulations to all the achievers, praising their efforts and encouraging them to continue striving for success. The assembly concluded with the National Anthem, a tribute to our country, as students rose to their feet and then returned to their respective classrooms, inspired and motivated by the day’s celebrations.
