Swish Swoosh Spray; Colour my world my way

Messy Day

Messy DayChildren love getting messy, be it painting on the walls or on a sheet of paper. Some children express their feelings better through creativity. Keeping this in mind, Messy Day, a fun-filled activity day, was scheduled for students of Pre-primary section to showcase their creativity and imagination without any limits of getting messy. Children were given all freedom to create mess with different colour paints. It was a lovely sight to see the kids wearing their parent’s old T-shirts, all smeared with colours as they covered sheets of papers with handprints. The classrooms looked colourful as beautiful patterns emerged from their casual palm impressions. The teachers also joined in the fun while they guided the little ones to display their creativity. The activity helped in exercising their gross motor skills, recognizing colour cues through touch and feel. The children enjoyed the activity very much.
