Diwali is known as the festival of lights. The festival symbolizes the “victory of light over darkness”. Diwali is not just confined to India but is now celebrated worldwide. The most loved aspect of this festival is burning crackers.

The Kindergarten of GIIS Dubai celebrated this festival at school with a motive to teach the importance of spreading light over darkness. Our tiny tots learnt that this victory can be achieved in many ways like spreading joy, love, compassion, and togetherness. As Diwali is one such festival which brings the people of all sects together.

Children dressed up in festive clothes. They decorated diyas and had a ramp walk showing off their colorful attire. They enjoyed the day by various Team building Games. Team Building activities help to foster a sense of companionship, team spirit and joy.

The PSG of KG I elevated the occasion with their participation. The parents made a beautiful rangoli, and decorated the premises of Kindergarten. They organized a special talk to educate the children about Diwali, danced to the festive tunes, and played games.
