GIIS Tokyo Celebrates Academic Excellence at IBDP Results 2024

We are delighted to announce the outstanding results of our IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) Batch of 2024. This year, 17 dedicated students sat for their examinations and have made us immensely proud with their remarkable achievements. 
&nbsp;

GIIS Tokyo has been offering the IBDP since 2020. The IBDP is one of the most prestigious high school programmes recognised by international universities worldwide. Students are assessed based on six subjects, along with Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS), and the Extended Essay (EE). Our graduates have consistently been placed in top universities in Japan and the United States, reflecting the high calibre of education provided at our institution. 
&nbsp;

Our students have achieved high scores, with Gabriel Ignacio Palma Brard earning a stellar 40 points and Ranjan Isami Nozaki scoring an impressive 38 points. The school&#39;s average stands at 30.3 grade points, showcasing the collective hard work and dedication of our students and faculty. Additionally, 60% of our students scored 30 grade points and above, highlighting the overall excellence of this cohort.

This year, Japanese A was offered as a Group 1 subject for the first time, and we are delighted to announce a subject average of 5, demonstrating our ability to excel even with new challenges.
