The Global Indian International School, Hadapsar celebrated the Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2024-25. The event was marked by a series of vibrant performances, including dance, music, and a skit, along with the official administration of the newly elected student council leaders.

The ceremony commenced with the arrival of the esteemed chief guest, Major Vandana Sharma, and the guest of honour, GMP Academic Head, Ms. Vaishali Borde, and Principal Dr. D Lakshmi Prasanna inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp. Major Vandana Sharma then delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the responsibilities and duties of the student council members.

Students from the dance and music clubs performed a skit addressing anti-bullying measures, demonstrating the role of the student council in preventing bullying. The choir and dance teams also presented a captivating blend of modern and classical performances.

The highlight of the ceremony was the felicitation of the newly elected student leaders. The chief guest, guest of honour, principal, and the house masters presented house flags and badges to the council members. Following this, the school captain, Agrima Thapa, and the vice-captain, Ananya Rajol, expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to serve in their respective roles.

The entire student council then took an oath to uphold the values and ideals of the school. The ceremony concluded with the national anthem, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees, including council members, participants, parents, and teachers.
