The young learners at GIIS Nagpur embarked on a delightful journey into the world of colours as they celebrated 'Pink Day' with great enthusiasm. The school's corridors resonated with joyous laughter as the children revelled in all things pink. 

Pink epitomizes warmth and represents the most beautiful season of the year. It’s also a soothing colour that highlights care and affection.  

?The young ones came dressed in pink and brought pink toys. Our classrooms and corridors were decorated with pink balloons and flowers floating around offering them a clear sense of the colour and its significance. 

Our curious childen were given a good understanding of the colour pink through different activities like show and tell, art and craft, fun games and making pink bees. The tiny tots participated in a variety of hands-on activities related to the identification of the colour. 

The highlight of the day was the ‘Pink Bee’ activity. Children crafted the pink coloured charts into bee-shaped objects with the support of their teachers. It added a touch of playful learning to the event. 

Overall, the Pink Day celebration was a resounding success, creating a joyful atmosphere where children not only had fun but also learned about the importance of embracing warmth and being in tune with their emotions.
