Kindergarten, Nursery students showcase talents at science fair and MI exhibition

The Kindergarten organised a science fair called "The Einstein in me" in February 2018 which gave them a chance to investigate something that interests them through science related activities.

Children displayed projects like lava lamps, Magnetic gardens, Expansion of wooden sticks, toy boat, dancing raisins etc to class teachers and peers in an interactive session which was attended by Mr Pramod Tripathi.

Children had collaborated with their parents to create meaningful designs of existing things to rekindle their natural sense of wonder. These hands-on activities allow children to really get into science and make discoveries on their own. Participants were given a certificate of recognition by Mr Tripathi for their efforts.

Kindergarten and nursery students also had their work displayed by teachers in the Multiple Intelligences exhibit, where thematic class work by students is showcased. Display of teaching aids such as puppet theaters, sand play, models were laid out. Multiple intelligences is an important component of Global Montessori Programme which allows students to realize their strengths and gives teachers the opportunity to understand the dynamics of the classroom.
