Dear GIIS Family,
Well-being is not a destination, but a daily practice—where hearts grow calm, minds stay curious, and learners truly thrive.
As we step into the heart of second month of AY 2025-26, the focus this month has been on well-being in action—a theme that lies at the core of our educational philosophy and beautifully complements our school theme of the year: GLOW – Global Learners with Outstanding Well-Being
Well-being is not just about feeling good—it's about functioning well in learning and life. Numerous global studies show that students with higher levels of well-being are 30% more likely to perform better academically and show higher levels of engagement, resilience, and attendance. When students are physically healthy, emotionally supported, and socially connected, their capacity to focus, collaborate, and persist in learning increases exponentially.
At GIIS, our approach to well-being goes beyond classroom boundaries. Through dynamic co-curricular, extra-curricular, and student engagement activities, we ensure that every child experiences a balanced, joyful, and purpose-driven school life.
