In a year marked by uncertainty, resilience took centre stage as the Grade 10 students of Global Indian International School Dubai delivered outstanding results in the CBSE Board examinations. Despite exams being cancelled midway due to geopolitical tensions across the Middle East, students achieved remarkable academic success under new rules of marking and making the school community immensely proud.
Leading the cohort, Rushin Mistry emerged as the Overall Topper with an exceptional 98%, followed by Umair Shahzad Khan with 96%. Prachi Yadav and Aditya Shukla secured an impressive 94% each, reflecting consistent excellence across subjects. These achievements stand as a testament to the students’ perseverance, supported by the guidance of teachers and encouragement from families during a particularly demanding period.
Subject-wise, students demonstrated equally commendable performances. In English, Atharv Verma, Arjun Avinash Manorkar, and Prachi Yadav each scored 95%. Rushin Mistry topped Hindi with 98% and also led Mathematics with a remarkable 99%, while securing 95% in Science and 98% in Social Science. Aditya Shukla topped French with 94% and shared the Science top score of 95% alongside Umair Shahzad Khan. Umair Shahzad Khan also achieved a perfect score of 100% in Information Technology, marking a standout accomplishment.
