Working together to celebrate every succes

Dear Parents,

Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.- Edward Everett Hale

It gives me immense pleasure to say that we are doing very well, as we have completed the second month of our Academic Session 2021-2022. With our highly efficient and dedicated teachers, every student is sure to imbibe the best of knowledge transfer. Our curriculum is a blend of theory and activity-based learning that has been smartly designed to harness the GIIS 9 GEMS holistic learning framework as part of regular studies.

GIIS Whitefield has won the Second Runner up award in the Education category at the Annual MQH Best Practices Competition. This was organized by IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award Trust. The Competition is regarded as an excellent platform for organizations to showcase the leading Best Practices from different organizations that have been implemented in different processes and shown positive results.

To help our GIIS parents and students, Global Indian International School, India organized an exclusive Smart Kompass - Virtual Indian Universities Fair 2021 for Grade 9 to 12 on 24th July 2021. This highly informative webinar invites distinguished members from leading Indian universities to share expert insight into the future of work and relevant skills every student will need. The presentation included glimpses of the campus life, a complete tour, and details of their University like the admission process, courses offered, facilities, scholarship schemes if any, fees, and contact details. Our students received information about 8 potential universities, should they wish to join, in the future.

Students from our Primary segment had participated in the virtual Inter GIIS Heritage Quiz. They have emerged as winners. I congratulate them and appreciate the teachers and parents for their continuous support.

GIIS Whitefield has received the ‘Best Delegation Team’ award at the Third Annual Edition of Glocal Model United Nations. Students have also won individual certificates for their respective presentations. Such conferences help to make them shine and stand high above the rest.

The Kaizen Club has been very active and we received submissions. They were featured in the first ‘Wall of Fame’, showcasing the best solutions by teachers. Our students are all set to showcase their magnificent ideas through quality circles and best practice solutions.

I look forward to celebrating more successes from our GIIS Whitefield team, to watch them grow as a team and keep doing their best, as always.

Regards,
Ashwani Kumar Saxena
Principal, GIIS Whitefield
