Global Indian International School, Whitefield, embraced the spirit of Kannada Rajyotsava with a vibrant celebration that showcased Karnataka’s cultural richness and linguistic pride. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm as students came together to honour the traditions, history, and artistic heritage of the state.

The event, led by the Secondary Segment, featured a thoughtfully curated sequence of performances that beautifully reflected the essence of Karnataka. The programme included a warm welcome speech, the soulful rendition of the Karnataka State Song, and captivating dance performances such as the energetic Kantara dance, the graceful Kannadamma dance, and an expressive Karnataka folk dance. A meaningful speech on Kannada Rajyotsava further added depth to the occasion. Each highlight demonstrated the talent, confidence, and cultural awareness of our students.

Kannada Rajyotsava is more than a day of celebration—it is a tribute to the unification of Kannada-speaking regions and a reminder of our shared cultural identity. It encourages us to cherish our language, appreciate our heritage, and continue contributing to the progress of our beloved state.
