Students from the PYP and CBSE curricula participated with enthusiasm, displaying their skills across a range of track and field events.
The event was graced by Mr. Adam Swandi, who attended as the chief guest, inspiring young athletes with his presence and words of encouragement. The day commenced with a perfectly synchronised March Past, where students proudly represented their houses—Hibiscus, Orchid, Chrysanthemum, and Sunflower—demonstrating discipline and unity. This was followed by the Flame of Victory Lap, symbolising perseverance and the relentless pursuit of excellence. The oath-taking ceremony further reinforced the values of integrity, fairness, and determination among participants.
Addressing the gathering, Vice Principal Ms. Rekha Varghese welcomed students and parents, underscoring the importance of physical fitness and holistic development in shaping well-rounded individuals. The audience was then treated to an exhilarating showcase of Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA), with students demonstrating their skills in badminton, cricket, football, tennis, aerobics, and track events, including the high-energy 100m and 200m sprints.
Adding to the excitement, parents actively participated in track races, fostering a strong sense of community engagement and sportsmanship. The atmosphere was filled with energy, enthusiasm, and a shared commitment to fitness, making the event a memorable celebration of sports, teamwork, and perseverance.
The day concluded on a high note with a heartwarming prize distribution ceremony, celebrating the outstanding performances of all participants.
