Cleanliness and Hygiene for a Healthy Life

Cleanliness and Hygiene for a Healthy Life

Cleanliness and Hygiene for a Healthy LifePersonal hygiene is important in every stage of life, but good habits start in childhood. Kids who learn what it is and how to follow proper hygiene practices, will always carry it into adulthood. So looking at the importance and benefits of good hygiene and cleanliness, our Pre-Primary students at GIIS Bangalore celebrated Hygiene and Cleanliness week (6th - 10th July’15).

To make personal hygiene interesting and ensure good understanding, the students were involved in various activities including demonstrations, skits, role-play, storytelling, watching slideshows, rhymes and practical life exercises like sweeping, combing, washing hands, table manners, and basic hygiene etiquette.
