On 17th October 2025, GIIS Bangkok sparkled with festive cheer as students and staff came together to celebrate Diwali – the Festival of Lights. The day began with a special assembly where the theme and significance of Diwali were beautifully explained through songs, presentations, and vibrant dance performances that captured the spirit of the festival.

The celebration continued with bursts of joy as students enjoyed a symbolic cracker-burst activity, followed by sweets distribution that added sweetness to the occasion. The entire campus radiated with happiness, unity, and festive colours, bringing the true essence of Diwali to life.

It was a day filled with light, laughter, and learning — reminding everyone that Diwali is not just about celebration, but also about spreading love, goodness, and positivity.
