The programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by the chanting of "Om Sahanavavatu," creating a serene and positive atmosphere for the event.

Students began the session with warm-up exercises before participating in guided yoga sessions conducted by Ms. Vidhya Hibare, a certified Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Mudra practitioner, along with Ms. Neha Shetye. The expert-led session introduced students to the benefits of yoga and encouraged them to incorporate wellness practices into their daily lives.

During the programme, students performed a variety of yoga asanas, including Padmasana, Vajrasana, Vriksasana, Trikonasana, Veerbhadrasana, and Bhujangasana. They also took part in pranayama and mindfulness exercises designed to enhance concentration, relaxation, and emotional well-being.

The students participated with great enthusiasm and discipline throughout the event, reflecting their keen interest in adopting healthy habits. The celebration served as a reminder of yoga's vital role in promoting physical fitness, mental wellness, and inner harmony.
