Grade 1 and 2 students of GIIS Balewadi recently took part in a lively and educational activity, preparing a healthy sprouts bhel. The initiative aimed to teach children the value of nutrition, healthy eating habits, and the importance of including sprouts in their diets. The hands-on activity allowed students to learn through experience, making the concept of healthy eating both fun and engaging.
Before diving into the activity, teachers educated the students on the nutritional benefits of sprouts, highlighting their rich protein content, as well as their abundance of vitamins and minerals.
