Global Indian International School (GIIS), Balewadi, recently celebrated Father's Day with students of Grades 1 and 2, bringing together fathers and children for a memorable event filled with performances, interactive games, and meaningful moments.

The celebration was organised to honour and appreciate fathers for their unwavering love, care, and support in their children's lives. The programme commenced with a warm welcome, followed by lively dance performances and melodious songs presented by the students as a tribute to their fathers.

A special highlight of the event was the presentation of handmade badges created by the students for their beloved superheroes—their fathers. The fathers proudly wore the badges, making the gesture a touching symbol of love and appreciation.

Adding to the excitement, several fun-filled father-child activities, including Tic-Tac-Toe, Stepping Stones, Ball Racing, and other engaging games, encouraged teamwork, laughter, and quality bonding time. The activities created an atmosphere of joy while strengthening the relationship between fathers and their children.

One of the most memorable moments of the celebration came when fathers shared stories from their own childhood and offered valuable life lessons, inspiring the young students to dream big and work hard towards a bright future.
