On April 27, 2026, the Kindergarten classrooms were transformed into a vibrant culinary studio as our youngest learners stepped into the roles of Jr. Chefs. The "Bear Sandwich" activity was much more than just a snack break; it was a hands-on exploration of nutrition, creativity, and practical life skills designed to empower students through the joy of making their own food.

The session began with an engaging discussion about healthy ingredients and the importance of kitchen safety, emphasizing that even the smallest chefs can make a big impact. Under the gentle guidance of their teachers, the students watched a demonstration on how to transform simple pantry staples into adorable, bear-shaped masterpieces. From there, the floor was theirs. Each child received their own set of ingredients, carefully spreading peanut butter, chocolate, or cream cheese onto bread before using banana slices, cucumbers, and biscuits to craft ears and muzzles.
