Global Indian International School (GIIS), Charholi Campus, celebrated Ashadi Ekadashi with fervour as students from Pre-Primary, Grade 1, and Grade 2 participated in a Palkhi Procession, bringing to life the rich cultural heritage of Maharashtra.

The celebration offered young learners an opportunity to experience the significance of one of the state's most cherished festivals while fostering an appreciation for Indian traditions and values.

Held in the school auditorium, the procession witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and teachers, creating an atmosphere filled with devotion, joy, and cultural pride. Dressed in traditional attire, the young participants added colour and authenticity to the celebration as they walked together in the symbolic Palkhi procession, reflecting the spirit of unity, faith, and community.
