On 20 March, little graduates from the KG2 cohort at Global Indian International School (GIIS) Balestier Campus walked cheerfully down the red carpet to receive the scroll from Guest of Honour at the event Ms. Ng Lay Tin, Lead Principal of PAP Community and Ms. Savinder Kaur Rooprai, Vice Principal and the respective class teachers at the Global Montessori Plus Graduation ceremony.

Global Montessori Plus (GMP) provides a cutting-edge learning environment for children to reach their fullest potential. The six pillars of GMP creates a great impact in the learning process of children. It provides a platform to develop multi-faceted learning through multiple programmes such as the Oratory Skills, 'i-Care' Programme, ‘Excelerate' Programme for Literacy and Play and Learn to encourage creativity and inquisitiveness through free play, and value-based learning programme. All of these programmes inculcate universal values and ethics in students.

The GOH at the event was Ms. Ng Lay Tin, Lead Principal of PAP Community, Whampao and Principal, Sparkle tots, Whampoa who has won many awards including an Early Childhood Development Agency commendation award in 2016.

There were Class 1 students who sang a melodious welcome song followed by sharing of their own experiences and journeys from Kindergarten to the Primary path. The students of KG1 bid farewell to their seniors by performing two dances.

It was truly an emotional moment for parents, teachers and the principal as they watched the children graduate. Parents were overwhelmed to see their children so confident and happy.
