Kindergarteners stood confidently on stage and performed before their friends and teachers at the Montessori Talent Week which was held at our GIIS Balestier Campus from the 9th to the 13th of January 2017.

This event created a platform for students to showcase their talent and boost their confidence. It also gave them an opportunity to further enhance their linguistic and performance skills.  The fun-filled event established a great path to celebrate the incredible abilities of our young Global Indian International School (GIIS) Stars and their outstanding capabilities. All our Montessori children from three to six years of age showcased their talent by either singing (karaoke), acting/monologues, poem recitation, story narration or chanting shlokas. Kindergarten students narrated the classic tales "Goldilocks and the 3 Bears", “The Thirsty Crow”, recited   shloka "Bhuddam Sharanam Gachaami", and sang “Shiv Chant”. All the students who performed, showed great confidence and the ability to overcome stage fright.  Glimpses of few students  on stage.
