GIIS Indore shines at The Inter-School Netball Tournament at Alpine Academy

Girls Team of GIIS Indore performs explicably well at the S.G.F.I Inter-School Net Ball Tournament, held at the Alpine Academy. Total of 16 schools participated in the tournament to win the Netball championship, and take back laurels for their respective schools.

A team of eight girls from Global Indian International School Indore campus participated in the tournament and demonstrated exceptional skills while playing against teams from various schools.  The girls’ team of GIIS Indore played two rounds, i.e. prelims and semi-finals and won a match against J.J.P.S. School. They put forth best of their skills and talents to win the game and get the title back home. 

A hard-line match was also played between GIIS Indore and I.P.S. Academy, Indore, and our team won by scoring 3 against 1 goals.  GIIS Indore was adjudged as second runners up in the girls Netball category. The Girls’ team that won had the following players:

The boys Netball Team also participated in the same tournament and performed to best of their skills and efforts. They performed like true sportsmen, and participated like professional Netball players.
