Instilling compassion and kindness in children is crucial as it fosters empathy towards others. One valuable lesson in this regard is engaging in donations and assisting the less fortunate, instilling a sense of responsibility to aid those in need.

Interact Club of GIIS Noida collaborated with Hamara Kartavaya NGO to organise a winter clothing drive for the needy. The drive was conducted from January 10th to January 20th, 2024 with the intent of fostering a spirit of giving back to the community while nurturing kindness and social service among students.

Students, parents, and staff members came forward to donate essential items like warm clothes, blankets, shawls, etc. which were later distributed to the underprivileged children. 

The drive's success was the fruit of the efforts made by parents, students, and staff members of the GIIS Noida community. In addition to providing warm clothing, it fostered happiness and cultivated a sense of community and care among all participants.

Initiatives such as donation drives align with our objective to start programs that offer essential assistance to those in need and bridge societal gaps. Our goal is to create a lasting positive impact through collaborative efforts, with this drive serving as a prime example.
