The little children of Global Indian International School have the company of the best creative teachers. It is a pride to announce that KG 1 C of GIIS Bangalore has won the FIRST position for KG 1 in the All India Functional Classroom competition across all the GIIS campuses in India. Congrats to the teachers Mrs. Ritu Jaiswal and Mrs. Aparna Bhavani!

The class décor of KG 1 C was like being in a 'child's paradise'. The entrance door to their class presented a pleasant welcome and one would eagerly step in to get a glimpse. The spectacle inside showcased a child's school life activities and learnings in a beautiful way across the walls. Keeping in mind all the areas where children learn, play and recreate, there is a place for everything. The classroom encompasses many themes and subject specific artistic works on the four walls.  The garden of flowers, the fruits and vegetable corner, the activity corner, the reading corner, the puppet corner, the numbers section, the Hindi, English and Maths section, the seasons, the sapling tray, the birthday corner, the number segment, the transport corner, the dance silhouettes, the sight words corner and the colourful polka dot wall art right up near the ceiling are absolute creative inspirations. 

Children in the class are always happy and active because of this creative surprise they see each day! Teachers believe that it is best to keep the children curious and cheerful in the class rooms. The small kids have different likes and with an array of visual delights on the walls, the students always find a favourite corner to engage their minds in a fun filled bright ambiance.
