Tokyo Principal pens down an inspirational message for new parents

Dear Parents,

As we move into the third week of the new academic session 2021-2022, I would like to welcome you all to the GIIS family. To the existing parents, you have been instrumental and supportive through a difficult year and I'm humbled to see your encouragement on a daily basis. To the new parents, welcome to an experience of round-the-clock learning at GIIS Tokyo.

Student success is attributed to the relationships we build within our community and this is most important now more than ever. We will strive to develop a strong and effective home-school partnership so that our students can fully realise their potential. We value communication with and feedback from our parents in addition to parent participation in the full life of the school. The school shall regularly involve parents through its various initiatives like Orientation Programs, Parent-Teacher Meetings, Meet and Greet Sessions, Coffee Mornings with Principal, annual events and various other activities. We are looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure our children can achieve their highest potential.

Class of hybrid mode (Physical and virtual) have commenced on the 5th of April and would continue until further notice. Depending on the directives issued by the Government and the local ward office, further decision would be taken and intimated.
