There were many exciting moments at the Art Attack session held during the After School Group, at the GIIS Tokyo SSD Campus.
The students worked on a gummy ball machine which was a lovely experience. At the Kindergarten campus, we strongly believe that “Creativity takes courage.” and this was shown through the fun and awesome Art session.
The students painted the base of a gummy ball candy machine brown and decorated it with colourful pom-pom balls. Our group of young artists used a beautiful variety of brushes as painting mediums because it was quick, easy, and didn’t result in any mess; the paint dried up quickly as well.
Once they finished painting, the students attached the glass jar to finish the project. The Art attack activity was a great way to explore the painting and creative process. It involved multiple stages which engaged and encouraged our young artists to particularly enjoy the activity because it worked on developing each student’s attention and observation skills.
