The physical Cultural Exchange program was scheduled with Nanzen University from Nagoya, on the 16th of August. The students of GIIS Tokyo wanted to know and learn more about the South Indian culture which includes cousin, Carnatic music, musical instrument, Bharatanatyam dance, famous monuments, a revolution in the Industry, Growth in the IT business, and so on. |
The program was organized in the school auditorium, and it was praised by teachers and students. The teachers answered all the students' queries making the program quite interesting. The students and teachers didn’t face any difficulties at the venue.
The following students participated and enjoyed the program.

> Sahana Sivakuma-Class 5, Nitin/Saradha - Class 6, Abhilasha Paul - Class 6, Misha Joshi - Class 8, Ayumu/Purvi - Class 8A, Dharanee - Class 8
> Kshitij/Param - Class 9, Hardik Wath/ Naisha Balla, Jhanvi / Viswaa of Class 10
They learnt leadership and presentation skills and were confident to take on the question and answer session. They were happy to be part of this program.
The programme was wonderfully organised and appreciated, it also garnered much praise from the Principal of GIIS Tokyo, Madhu Khanna. |
