Dear Parent,

Warm Greetings!!!

The month of July is the time when all the perseverance that students put into their learning, set them up to achieve improved outcomes in their exams as Grades 1 & 2 appeared for their Evaluation- I, while Grades 3-8 prepared themselves for their Periodic Test-I. 

The Grade 9 students appeared for their Pre-Mid Term exams which were held from 8th July to 20th July 2022. After all the hard work put in by the students for their exams, it was time for their results. The Parent-Teacher Meet (PTM) was held on 23rd and 30th July respectively.

Our school campus was all geared up for the Global Excellence Day (GED) Regional Competition held on 23rd July. This event featured students sharing their best practices and quality circles. After all the hard work meted out by the teachers and the participants, five out of six teams from our campus won the competition. We are truly proud of our student's achievements & the staff who have rigorously trained them.

I-Care activities were conducted in Grades 1 and 2 where the students learned to grow mustard seeds on cotton. Thinking Thursday activities such as Word Search and Math Magic activities were conducted that helped them form a strong foundation of process skills which ultimately lead to proficient reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soaking in the spirit of happiness, our school celebrated Happiness week from 25th to the 28th of July which aimed at harnessing individual talent and creativity so that every child can feel motivated, confident and happy. During this week, various activities were conducted such as comical dialogue writing with pictures along with funny dialogue deliveries or tongue twisters, drawing amusing cartoon faces and many more. As an act of expressing gratitude to our support staff, the students of Grade V distributed goodies and thank you cards to them. It certainly brought a smile to their faces. Conversations were also undertaken where students shared all that made them happy and cheerful. They surely gave an overwhelming response to this event.

The enthusiasm and fervour amongst students could be witnessed through their active participation. Not only were the students able to gather insights by observing their teachers and fellow mates but they were also able to create a jubilant and happy mindset for themselves.

This monsoon at Pune has brought happiness & beauty to every dawn. July has witnessed better progress in various aspects. This is the very first school assessment students have taken up post covid, which truly has been intense. Parents were delighted at the PTM to carry the results home & with the hope of the child’s betterment in the exams to be.
